In Home Care
Most people would agree that there’s no place like home. And many seniors would prefer to age there. So allowing seniors to stay in their own homes is important for many families. Independence goes hand-in-hand with health and happiness. Fortunately, there are many local programs, organizations and agencies that make it possible for seniors to remain relatively independent in their own homes.
Get the facts before you make a decision on which option is best for you. Be careful when interviewing home care providers. Be aware of the risk level and do a cost comparison. Finding the right caregiver takes time. Create a comparison of each aspect of the level of care you or your loved one requires.
Option 1: Hire a Home Care Company
Option 2: Hire a Referral Agency or use a Registry
Option 3: Privately Hire a Caregiver
